  • I went into rehab a broken frightened man after my last "lapse/relapse" and this was with around 10 years AA previous,and no alcohol.Trouble was I was a "dry drunk"and unable to understand what that was and as a result was unaware of my controlling abusive attitudes and behaviour which inevitably led me to my relapse which lasted for "only" one day,but that was the last straw.
